Yes, the controller BZ128 has a chip AY-3-8910:

but I guess it does not have where to buy :|
Moreover, without modifications the AY music will not sound the same as on the ZX Spectrum :(

У контроллера есть одна не очень приятная особенность - тактовая частота музыкального сопроцессора равна не 1,75МГц, а 2МГц, из-за чего музыкальные композиции звучат по-иному, чем на "нормальном" Спектруме. Причиной тому является невозможность получения частоты 1,75МГц из 8МГц кварца, расположенного на плате контроллера. Этот недостаток обходится несложным путём - на плату контроллера допаивается микросхема КР1533ТМ2, которая делит тактовую частоту процессора на 2, получая нужные 1,75МГц.

It will work, but you must connect it properly. Since byte has different system interface than your card, you should connect your card wire by wire to the necessary "byte" inputs/outputs.

I have a couple of add-on cards for Byte, and by means of them can be connected not only computer but also to expand it up to 128K of RAM. But it still required the type of memory chip 565RU5 (4164 or equivalent).
Also optional is necessary to flash the ROM 27128 or 27256 firmware menus 128. If you will need the firmware ROM - write here, I give you)
