flur73, не хочу вас путать, для копирования с устройства(дисковода) на него же, отечественные программисты написали спец. утилиту RDWR - которая требует
поочерёдно вставлять исходную дискету и выходную.
(это для ДВК и родственников под RT-11).
Я сейчас нахрапом капнут HELP по команде COPY но похожего ключа у неё не обнаружил (может я проглядел, кто прокоминтирует?).

Ваша задача может решиться таким способом. (на вскидку самый простой)
Загружаетесь с ЖД.
Подготавливаете новую дискету.
Копируете систему с ЖД на дискету.
Копируете загрузчик.
Получаете аварийную загрузочную дискету.
Сам удивляюсь, вроде была возможность с одного кармана на него же
файлы копировать или я ошибаюсь???
Ещё раз, спокойно - уточните оборудование, уточните штатный режим загрузки (с дискеты или с ЖД у вас аппарат стартует всё таки! Это важный момент!), опишите интерфейс соединения с ПК(возможно тут есть возможность - поэтому важны все подробности), и уточните ТЗ (просто сделать резерв. загрузочной дискеты?).
Команды и ОС RT-11 можете по изучать в эмуляторе ДВК к примеру.
