Extended memory and SNApshots in emulators

Exist any snapshot fileformat that support extended memory for russian ZX clones ? I see only Z80 fileformat with 48/128 and 256kB(ZS Scorpion 256) support. Why isn't supported other snapshots for Pentagon 512/1024/ATM turbo, etc.. ? SNA 128 is easy format, but support only 128kB memory and not contain some other info (ay registers, tacts counter, computer type ...). My idea is add new computer types to Z80 fileformat.

Z80 contain one byte for set HARDWARE MODE (computer type) and actually contain only 17 supported values:

0-8 = zx models (16/48/128/+2/+2A/+3...)
9 Pentagon 128k
10 Scorpion 256k
11 Didaktik+Kompakt
12 Spectrum +2
13 Spectrum +2A
14 Timex TC 2048
15 Timex TC 2068
16-127 = unused / reserved for next zx clones
128 Timex TS 2068

EmuZWin also support new snapshot format *.EZX with documentation.

Actually I need use any snapshot format for SAVE/LOAD on real ZX Spectrum with IDE. I developpe for DivIDE interface new BIOS rom with NMI menu + task manager. Each task is loaded or saved to CF card in 48kB SNA format. I need on ZX128/256/512/1024 models use complette memory for correct work. BIOS can detect ZX type+memory size(ZX48/128, Pentagon 256/512/1024, Scorpion 256/1024, ZX Profi....) and save each task to one file with length = zx memory size(uncompressed raw) + additional info(registers). Ideally as fileformat compatible with ZX emulators. :v2_conf2:

I need create uncompressed SZX files under WIN XP and test it on real ZX Spectrum. Exist utility "SnapConv" for convert to uncompressed SZX file, but I can't find DOS version (source is free). :v2_cry:
