Пока нашёл только сами утилиты, скомпилированные под DOS, приходится запускать из DOSBox:

Хотелось бы по-человечески запускать из линукса.

А не проще ли разобраться с форматом записи tr-dos и написать собственные конвертеры на любом удобном языке? Там же элементарно все.

Чем запускать через DOSBox? Точно не проще. Проще тогда уже какую-нибудь обёртку-запускалку написать. Форматы более-менее понятны.
