No, as far as i know. Long time ago SRAM chips were too expensive to make sense. And today nobody needs that.

I mean any other Pentagon clone (not old/original). But not based on CPLD/FPGA. SRAM version may be more easy and cheap (today) and easy expandable.

Features of the Pentagon circuitry were invented to ensure that the dram worked quickly. If you use sram, the Pentagon circuitry is not needed, everything will work quickly and with a simpler scheme.
