Who made the most roms for ZX spectrum

So who has made the most roms for ZX spectrum and what files did they use TAP, SNA, Z80 and TRD

ROM in world of ZX Spectrum means "copy of internal hardware read-only memory, used for some kind of OS (Basic or disk system).
And back to question:
TRD and SCL are something like virtual floppy disk for TR-DOS system
TAP and TZX are virtual tape file
SNA, Z80, SZX, RZX... and many others - are memory snapshots (and cause problems when used to keep programs that use additional loads - like levels of game for example).
