Just a few general things ... with resistors, try to draw in the future leads til the very edge of the solder joint they're supposed so go. With R05, R44, R45 I have absolutely no idea where I'm supposed to put them.
Make vias (contacts for upper and lower side without components being inserted) maybe 0.1mm smaller - that way you can have them covered with solder mask - making the board look more professional. Personally I use 0.6mm drill and 1.2mm outer ring for most of my designs for signal wires.
Try to priorize component names over values - that makes debugging a lot easier. If you have the space, you can still add the values additionally.
Try to rename keyboard1/keyboard2 to "keyboard data" and "keyboard address" - maybe even add the numbers next to the solder points.
I'd remove the drawings for the 68n capacitors for decoupling between the bus bars all together. Those should be obvious ... adding them makes the silkscreen quite busy.
I do quite like the added SCART connector and 3.5mm jacks.
Try to make the silkscreen for ICs in 2 rows, first row contains the name, second the value. Additionally have the notch for Pin1 be on the left side of the text. That's a common practice and a decent "double check" against putting in ICs the wrong way.
