I would consider that unlikely. While Sprint Layout is great and easy to use for redrawing/copying it's an unpleasant mess when adapting/adding things already. I experienced that when I did my spin on the Z-Controller by KOE before the release of the official gerbers.
https://github.com/zxshock/Z-Control.../zc-final.jpeg Changes are minor, different sd card slot, 1 additional signal for NemoIDE, a simple circuit for disabling the keyboard (1 diode + 1 resistor) and some slight reorganization of the expansion connector ... adding those directly in Sprint Layout took me longer than the actual copying. Something I could do in 15 minutes in my usual layout program.
I had considered to do the small daughterboard on top in Sprint Layout, but quickly became annoyed and instead did it in Eagle which I usually work with.
