Нет, 14 нога флопа на плате не подключена.
и не нужна в большинстве случаев. за исключением весьма экзотической конфигурации.
выборка флопа - один из выводов 10, 12, 14, 6, в зависимости от установленных перемычек (иногда на 3.5" жестко заведена на 12 ногу). если дисковод один - можно все эти 4 ноги соединить вместе.
Изначально там стояли тики 55, все работало.
На тиках назначение буквы определялось перемычками на дисководе. Дисководы 3.5 от PC все залочены на букву B, поэтому, если используется эта плата, все шлейфы должны быть прямыми.
Сам спросил, сам и отвечу.
1. На всякий случай прошился на 3.44.
2. Перемычки: Установлена S0, остальные сняты.
3. img.cfg (в предложенном ранее варианте была ошибочная настройка gap3 = 0)
