Use BK Write v4.
I am use only him.
It supports the tape and the Beta128 disk.

Yes. It works with Beta128 disk only.

Wauu, BK Write is great and it support tape! Only shame, that the font is 32 chars, and not more. Thanks for great tip

General, then TC is responsible for viewing the program connected to the F3, and for editing F4.
Thus, F3 ~ BestView, F4 ~ ZXWord, AC Edit, etc.
HEX Edit ~ STS, ZxAsm3.10 (+ Disk Edit+Monitor).

If you wanna use 'all-in-one' packages, take a look to commanders- PerfectCommander, RealCommander, QuickCommander etc. If I'm not mistaken, some of them have build-in editor. And almost all of them have hexdump editors (disk doctors etc). Plugin system can help you to do anything.

BTW, ACEdit also supports plugins, so you can write your own.

aaargghh, and have you documented all the bugs? I noticed some bugs.

Because, if I decide, I would need to remake disk operations anyway but the only obstacle are the bugs. Could you let me know, please?
