VELESOFT if it is not secret, how did you extended RAM in spectrum 128+2 and what do you use for download files to ramdisk?

Memory expansion is easy. I use 1MB sram memory:

I modify adress A14 and A15 to ULA chip and replace DRAM chips with STATIC RAM with battery backup (yes, 1MB ZX ram with battery backup - also videoram). This interface is advanced old PENTAGON INTERFACE:

Actually I load TRD images from IDE interface (CF card) from TAP file. I have convertor for move TRD file to special TAP file with import code (very easy basic loader):

I can in this way load TRD from HDD to ramdisc or save ramdisc to TAP file. Soon will new IDE interface based on one SMD chip(CPLD) for connect to Z80CPU socket. Will support russian ide ports(NEMO IDE) and european ide ports(DIVIDE).
With NEMO-IDE port i can use WDC for import TRD images from HDD
