It's to difficult to repair this comp. You need check out content of ROM BIOS, check small ROM units КР556РТ4 & КР556РТ5. Small ROMs used for "chip select" signals and inside internal videocontroller. Visually check pin soldering. Resolder, if need. Use oscilloscope to check signals.
