What is the problem with this Orel?

I have two Orel one fully works and the other seems have a problem.

I make a video for show the problem.

As you can see in the video the computer power up and at the momment to go to basic nothing just white screen or black square on the midle of the white screen and nothing else.

Firstely I have thinked about the ram but after seen ram problem on the web it seems it's another thing.

secondely I have thinked to a Rom problem.

If someon know the problem your help will be welcome.

1. try to insert check rom if You have.
2. whithout ROMs Orel must write for You nice mattress. Take a photo.

Unluky I haven't Check rom.

I have already try to try without Orel roms and if my remember is good I have a beautyfull garbage screen I will retry and post you a pics.

I'm verry happy, I have try to exchange rom between non working an working Orel and now the non working works.

I have isolated the dead rom is the ds3 (д003) I only need found one rom working for repare my Orel.

If someone know where found this rom let me know (unlucky I haven't eprom burner and I won't take the risk to lose my working rom by sending it.)
