Не забывайте о RAM-pak. 1к базового ОЗУ ZX80/81 это мизер.
2764 это аналог 573рф4а. Что пишут буржуи:
se a 2764 EPROM (28 pin instead of the original 24 pin, so will need to adapt as appropriate) and must take A12 to the appropriate address line on the ROM and ground the /OE pin.
EPROM A0 to A11 --> ROM Socket A0 to A11
EPROM A12 --> ROM Socket /CS2 (which is actually A12)
EPROM Vcc, Vpp and /P --> ROM Socket Vcc
EPROM Gnd and /E --> ROM Socket Gnd
EPROM /G --> ROM Socket /CS1
EPROM A13 --> Jumper to connect to either Vcc or Gnd

Material List:
- 24 Pin DIP Socket (Quantity 2)
- Wirewrap wire 1” to 1.5“ (inches) long (Quantity 2)
Instructions
All pins the same except pins 20, 22 and 23.
On the bottom socket, solder wirewrap wire to pins #20 and #22
On the top socket, bend pins #20 and #23 to the centre of the socket, if they break off you can still solder to the remaining portion of the pin.
Bring the wirewrap wire from the bottom socket pin #20 and solder it to the top socket pin #23
Bring the wirewrap wire from the bottom socket pin #22 and solder it to the top socket pin #20
Already confused? Hard to explain- easy to do if you have a sample to go by.
Plug into the ZX81 ROM socket, with the #1 pin going to the centre of the Board.
