(WIP) Alternative Spectrum core in which I’ve implemented a frame scaler instead of a scandoubler for VGA output.
What this means is that it’s now possible to output a legal 640x480, 60Hz screen while keeping the ULA running at 50Hz,
so all internal timings are unalterated, and all CPU assisted tricks looks fine on screen. Hopefully, no need for a 50Hz compatible VGA monitor anymore!
