Would that be okay for you? It's based on http://sblive.narod.ru/ZX-Spectrum/A...AY-ADAPTER.htm but the PCB has been shrunk down a bit and every IC will be properly decoupled instead of 1 "bulk" capacitor.
If so I can quickly do some routing and upload the gerber files here.
