Board has arrived, currently in the process of reworking it
Current state (I do expect D45/D11/D12 to be bad):
CPU and ROMs checked out fine, yet there's virtually no activity ... Reset seems to be working tho as color change 0.5 seconds after powerup.
EDIT: Somewhat of an improvement ... found a virtually invisible cut track under a capacitor
Flash/Inv for characters didn't work with the original circuit, decided to replace it with the one used on Pentagon 48
