Что может быть подходящим сабжем для KR537RU10? Я пробовал это с несколькими имеющимися у меня 2K*8 SRAM (6116, 6216, 2016 с разными скоростями доступа от 100 до 400нс, Я заказал U6516DG, так как прочитал, что HM6516 подойдет.) и это не сработало. Я также заменил диодно-резисторную логику на 1533LE4/74ALS27. К сожалению, у меня нет доступа к KR537RU10 или KT3102B.
D56.2 работает, D52 тоже работает. Обрезанных дорожек нет.
Я пытался запрограммировать его, подавая 5 В на один из входов KB5-KB9 и привязывая PGM к GND через кнопку, удерживая при этом произвольную клавишу на клавиатуре. Может быть, я делаю что-то не так?
What would be a suitable subsistute for KR537RU10? I've tried it with several 2K*8 SRAMs I have (6116, 6216, 2016 with several access speeds from 100ns to 400ns, I've ordered U6516DG since I read that HM6516 would be suitable) and it did not work. I've also substituted the diode-resistor logic with a 1533LE4/74ALS27. Sadly I don't have access to KR537RU10 or KT3102B
D56.2 works, D52 is working as well. No cut tracks.
I've been trying to program it by applying 5v to one of the inputs on KB5-KB9 and tying PGM to GND via a pushbutton, while holding a random key on the keyboard. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

No, the picture is where it has to be. The border has offset to the right. to move it left you have to modify schematic generating INT to cpu so that INT pulse is generated earlier than it is now.

6116 always worked fine.
The schematic itself is very strange around KB5-KB9. What device is it? Is there a description?

looks like databus conflict between D44 and D53 - during keyboard polling they both output something to data bus, but D44 seems to have stronger outputs. maybe you will have to connect D44 outputs to data bus via diodes, like D53, D57 and D58 (or is it D38? scanned schematic is hardly readable)

EDIT: Some kind of progress I assume after adding diodes for D0-D4 of the keyboard. Sometimes I get the testcard on bootup, sometimes the keyboard can be used with keys being dropped, but hey, the SRAM (6116-15) outputs random characters at random intervals. I guess adding some kind of latching busdriver (IR22?) for the output of the SRAM probably isn't a bad idea either?

6116 outputs are inputs when programming, with just adding IR22 (373) you will not be able to program 6116. with diodes at keyboard D0-D4 there seems to be another problem - R66-R70 are too low. R3-R10 pull data bus up, R66-R70 pull it down via VD12-VD16, so when no keys pressed you get some lower levels on data bus D0-D4. Try to increase R66-R70 to maybe 10-20kOhms.
