* Add two-plane mode for sprite viewer
* Allow write to mounted fdd/hdd images
* SpriteView: added 3rd mode with blue background; fixed includes in emubase/Floppy.cpp
* SpriteView: save/restore the Sprite Mode.
* SpriteView: scrolling improvements.
